Refunds

Premium Flowers takes pride in its work and the quality of the flowers we deliver. We guarantee the freshness and flower quality of your order. Each flower arrangement is made in our studio using the freshest flowers to the full value of your order.

While we have a No Refund policy for our flowers, because they are perishable goods and may include special orders or personalized items, we believe in doing the right thing for our customers. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, you receive the wrong item or have any other concerns you can contact us at support@premiumflowers.com.au. We will do our best to address all of your concerns.

Cancellation 

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund up to 12 hours before the delivery date. We are unable to offer any refund for orders cancelled less than 12 hours before the delivery date. When you place an order with us, you agree to these terms.
