Shipping policy

We like our business to be sustainable and prefer to go to the flower market with orders in mind. That way, you get the freshest flowers possible with no waste for us. Therefore, we offer same-day delivery if you order by noon during weekdays and 10.00 am on Saturdays. Orders placed after those times will be delivered the next day. With some exceptions, like Mother's Day, we do not deliver on a Sunday. If you need a Sunday delivery, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to discuss a potential delivery.

While every attempt will be made to deliver your flowers on your chosen date, we consider time to be of no essence under our delivery policy. Premium Flowers will not be held liable, if for whatever reason flowers are not delivered on your required date or time. We endeavour to deliver to businesses by 5.00 pm and residential addresses by 7.00 pm. We will deliver to timed events, such as funerals, ahead of the required time.

We will attempt to deliver your flowers in person. If no one is home, we will leave the flowers in a safe place and take a photo to prove delivery. If we cannot gain access to the property, or the weather does not permit for the flowers to be left outside, we will bring flowers back to the workshop and will attempt a second delivery. If that is the case we might charge a second delivery charge after contacting the sender first.

At this time, we are only able to deliver to suburbs within a radius of 12 Km from our studio in Sunshine West. If your delivery address is outside our delivery area, you will not be able to complete checkout. We apologise for this inconvenience. If you believe that your suburb is within a 12 Km radius from Sunshine West, please give us a call to rectify the situation.
